Shipping policy

Processing time is separate from shipping estimate. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to the holidays and postal delays, shipping may take longer than the estimated time. This is out of our control unfortunately. 


Pre-Order and Custom Order Shipping

All pre-orders can take up to 5 weeks to design and create your shoes. After that they will be shipped within the normal window of 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic simple flat rate shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping for domestic orders. Ground shipping is free and priority shipping is $9.75

International Shipping: We offer a simple export rate of $12 for Canada and $17-19 for Mexico, France and United Kingdom. Export rate for Australia is around $30. Note that international shipping may take longer than expected due to border inspections and duties associated with importing. 

* Customers will be responsible for Duties and Custom fees. These fees vary depending on many factors and cannot be estimated at the time of your purchase. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thenectarinedreams@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
