Where are the shoes from your last collection?

🧡The shoes on our site are first come first serve. We release our shoes in small batches to minimize waste and resources. It's better for the environment and customers because they get a one of a kind, personalized experience and it reduces our carbon footprint.

Will you be restocking?

🧡Once we release our new shoes they are first come first serve. However, we do surprise pop ups from our previous collections. Subscribe to our emails to be notified when new shoes arrive and when custom orders are available from our past collections. 

Do you offer larger sizes? 

🧡Typically, we receive a small quantity of larger sizes, but we offer custom orders from time to time where you can pre-order any size you'd like! Feel free to email us what shoe size you're looking for and we'd be happy to double check for their availability. 

I love your shoes but I'm not sure how to style them, any tips?

🧡Yes, we have created a style guide to assist you in pairing your shoes with a variety of outfits and fashion trends. Check it out here. 

What countries do you ship to?

🧡We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico and United Kingdom. We have plans to eventually ship worldwide. 

What is your return policy? 

🧡We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy that allows up to 30 days to contact us via email with your request. You can find our complete return policy here.

How long does it take to process and ship?

🧡It typically only takes 1-2 days to process and ship out your order! Shiping times can vary, the free shipping option is ground shipping which typically takes 2-6 business days.
